The cemetery around the parish church of St. Georg was consecrated in 1494 and expanded in 2005. In the east is the neo-Gothic cemetery chapel, which has been converted into a war memorial chapel. The one-bay wall, built around 1900, with a three-sided choir closure, turret and gable roof has a pointed arch portal and a wooden vestibule with carved columns. Gravestones from the 18th and 19th centuries are walled in on the west side. In engraving cap curved inside a three-sided apse is with wooden panels for the fallen both World Wars and a Pietà from around the 1920s.

The Kalvarienberg on a hill south of the Gschnitzbach near the Anna Chapel was built around 1830. It consists of a crucifix with a larger than life, strongly stylized body in the three-nail type from the 18th century, flanked by figures of thieves on simple wooden crosses under shingle roofs.

The late Gothic village church was officially named in 1339 and consecrated in 1494. The ceiling frescoes by Anton Kirchebner from 1755 were uncovered in 1941 by removing the overpainting by Georg Buchauer from 1890.

The Way of the Cross on the footpath to the pilgrimage chapel of St. Magdalena consists of 14 station shrines, part of which is listed in the Gschnitz municipality . Presumably the Baroque Stations of the Cross from the 18th century from the parish church were used as picture panels. The picture boards were first attached to trees, and since the renovation in 2007 they have been integrated into wooden station shrines.

Only remains of the castle, first mentioned in 1297 and burnt down in 1778, are left. The current complex is the original farm building, which was converted into a castle-like residence in 1910. In addition, remains of the surrounding wall from the 16th century with two filled round tower stumps and a tower provided with battlements and a conical roof in 1928 have been preserved.

The core of the massive, three-storey building dates back to the Middle Ages. It was expanded in the 16th century and redesigned in baroque style in the 18th century. According to tradition, it is the original seat of the Steinach Regional Court.

The two-story school building was built in 1912. The facades of the brick building with bundwerk gable are structured with wooden balconies and bay windows. In the southwest corner is the incised, roofed entrance area with a romanized capital with coats of arms. On the gable facade there is a mural of St. Joseph with baby Jesus in an oval plaster frame.

The two-storey building was built around 1914 as Widum, and the upper storey has been used as a kindergarten since 1997. The facades are structured by bay windows, a gable block and a glazed wooden veranda and decorated with baroque architectural paintings from the end of the 20th century.
