The baroque hall was built between 1701 and 1705 according to plans by Josef Keil the Elder. The north facade with a three-pass vaulted vestibule and statue niches has a mural Glory of St. Anna , which was created by Toni Kirchmayr in 1919 . On the buttresses there are painted Stations of the Cross by Leopold Praxmarer from 1734. The three-aisled interior is covered with a lance-cap barrel over flat wall pillars and decorated with rich stucco. The two-storey west gallery rests on three round arches, which are closed off by a wrought iron grille from 1715. The pilgrimage church on the steep slope above Rothenbrunn was mentioned in 1391 as "existing for a long time" and is probably the oldest church in Sellrain. The current building was erected between 1487 and 1496; the vestibule was added in 1848. The short nave, covered by a steep gable roof, ends in a strongly indented choir. The north side to the slope is windowless, the south side and the choir have tracery windows . The four-bay interior is designed with a ribbed vault and late Gothic tendril painting. A fresco with the Last Judgment from 1513 was uncovered on the pointed triumphal arch, in the nave there are frescoes with the Crucifixion and St. Trinity. The high altar houses statues of the Madonna and St. Quirin and Veit from the beginning of the 16th century. Statuettes of the apostles from the end of the 14th century are on wall consoles.
