The parish church in Untergrinzens was built between 1952 and 1954 according to plans by Jakob Walcher. The rectangular nave with buttresses and a hipped roof opens into a low, square choir in the west and is connected to the cemetery chapel by the vestibule open to the south. The sacristy is attached to the square south tower with a tent roof. The interior has a flat coffered ceiling. The cemetery with cemetery chapel and cemetery cross adjoining the church to the north was laid out around 1952 and expanded to the west in 1994.

The brick-built, single-bay chapel with a gable roof and wooden turret over a 3/8 choir closure was built around 1688 and is inscribed with an inscription dated 1735 in the gable area. The interior has a barrel vault with stitch caps and pilasters.

The single-bay brick chapel with a round apse, built into the slope, dates from the second half of the 18th century. It is covered with a gable roof with a large wooden roof turret. In the pediment there is a representation of the Madonna and Child in cloud aureole. The interior has a barrel vault and a choir with a semi-dome.
