Luca Vasta is the stage name of Nadine Vasta (born February 19, 1988 in Remscheid ). Vasta is a German singer , musician , actress and presenter of Italian origin.

Life

Nadine Vasta took piano, singing, ballet and dance lessons from the age of 15. While still at school, she was a permanent member of the ensemble at the TiC Theater in Cronenberg in Wuppertal for four years , where she gained her first experience in the field of acting and music theater . She sang in various bands and wrote her first songs when she was 15. After graduating from high school , she studied performing arts in Hamburg . She also starred in short films .

From July 2009 she hosted her own personality show VASTA - the show for the blog on VIVA . The concept of her show was based on an editorial part and everyday events from her private life. The contents were blogged daily and by streams transmitted online live from your mobile phone. One guest was interviewed each week in the studio or on the street. The TV show aired Friday evenings and included a best of the week plus music clips. In addition to VASTA - the show on the blog , there was also a Monday edition for a short time, VASTA on Monday . This was even more aimed at the audience. The main focus was on what Vasta and her viewers had experienced over the weekend. The viewers could then talk about their experiences over the phone and via vasta.tv and also request clips.

After the show was discontinued in March 2010, she also hosted the VIVA Live! Shows until the end of 2010 . , NEW , VIVA Top 100 and VIVA Spezial .

Vasta was on the jury of Dein Song in 2011 alongside Annett Louisan , Peter Hoffmann and Joja Wendt .

Since December 2012 she has moderated the German edition of the program PopXport - Das Deutsche Musikmagazin on DW, alternating with Janin Reinhardt and Markus Schultze and alternating with Markus Schultze .

As Luca Vasta, she released her first single Cut My Hair in 2013 ; the title was also used as music for a commercial.

In 2014, Luca Vasta from iTunes was listed in a selection of promising newcomers of 2014 in the virtual room “New Artists 2014”.
