The Nadler Feinkost GmbH is a German food company, which now has various investments mainly for corporate group Theo Müller belongs.

Nadler Feinkost was founded in 1926 by Paul Nadler as a manufacturer of mayonnaise . With 930 employees at its locations in Germany ( Bottrop , Bremerhaven , Floh-Seligenthal and Sarstedt ) and in Poland , the company produces delicatessen salads , fish specialties , spreads , dips and antipasti .

The company's brands are Nadler , Hopf , Pfennigs , Türk & Pabst and Lisner . After several sales and resales, the company belonged to the British group Unigate (later renamed Uniq ) since 1999 .

In 2004 Nadler Feinkost announced that it wanted to relocate the entire herring production from Bremerhaven to Posen , Poland . The reason given was the often higher wages in Germany. At the end of 2009 the Nadler Group was sold to the holding company IFR Capital by Heiner Kamps , who already owned the North Sea fast-food restaurants and the delicatessen companies Hamker and Homann Feinkost GmbH . Nadler was integrated into the Homann Group in 2010. HK-Food was bought by the Theo Müller ( Müller Milch ) group of companies in 2010 .

In April 2017 it was announced that the Theo Müller group of companies is planning to relocate production at the various locations in Bottrop, Bad Essen , Dissen and Floh-Seligenthal to Leppersdorf in Saxony as a joint location by 2020 . In April 2018 it was announced that the closure plans were off the table. Homann continues to run existing locations in Bottrop, Dissen, Lintorf and Rogätz and even invests.
