Nagyhódos is a Hungarian community in the district Fehérgyarmat in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County .
Geographical location
Nagyhódos is located in northern Hungary , one kilometer from the border with Ukraine , on the left bank of the Túr River . Hungarian neighboring municipalities are Kishódos and Garbolc . Welyka Palad is four kilometers northeast of the Ukrainian border .

Road No. 4143 runs through Nagyhódos, from which the secondary road No. 41133 branches off and leads to the Ukrainian border. The nearest railway stop is ten kilometers southwest in Rozsály .
