Nanc-lès-Saint-Amour is a town and commune Déléguée in the French commune of Les Trois-Châteaux with 323 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Jura in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté .

With effect from April 1, 2016, it was merged with the former communes of L'Aubépin and Chazelles to form the Commune nouvelle Les Trois Châteaux. It was located in the arrondissement of Lons-le-Saunier and in the canton of Saint-Amour .

The area is part of the Revermont Nature Reserve . The neighboring towns are Saint-Amour in the north, L'Aubépin in the northeast, Thoissia in the east, Nantey in the southeast, Saint-Jean-d'Étreux in the south and Chazelles in the southwest.
