The District of Saint-Amour is a French constituency in the Jura department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It comprises 35 communities in the arrondissement of Lons-le-Saunier and has its main town (French: bureau centralisateur ) in Saint-Amour . As part of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons, it was significantly expanded in spring 2015.

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Saint-Amour included the 16 municipalities of Balanod , Chazelles , Chevreaux , Digna , Graye-et-Charnay , L'Aubépin , Loisia , Montagna-le-Reconduit and Nanc-lès-Saint -Amour , Nantey , Saint-Amour , Saint-Jean-d'Étreux , Senaud , Thoissia , Val d'Épy and Véria . Its layout corresponded to an area of 101.86 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 3925.
