Natalie Alison (born June 13, 1978 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actress .

Career

At the age of five she made the decision to later become an actress and dancer ; The decisive factor for the decision was a performance of the musical Cats by Andrew Lloyd Webber .

In addition to ballet , tap dance , jazz dance as well as piano , flute , violin , choir and singing , she practiced various sports. After passing her Matura , she received a scholarship from the Projuvis Foundation . At the age of 18, Alison's career took her to Hollywood , where she trained for three years at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute . She then gained her first experience in the film industry in various series and film productions; she mainly appeared in student films at the University of Southern California . The name Natalie Alison is a stage name that she got in the USA . In the summer of 1999 she went back to Austria, where she began studying at the University of Vienna . In addition to her studies, she was in front of the camera for several television productions, and she was also involved in the team for the musicals Joseph and Fame .

In autumn 2003 she was cast in the role of Isabel Eggert , a 27-year-old Viennese business administration student, in Good Times, Bad Times . The role was initially to be named Nele, but due to Alison's Austrian origins, she was named Isabel. She had been in the daily RTL evening series since episode 2851, November 13, 2003, and left the series after three years at her own request. The last episode with her participation was broadcast on June 7, 2006. In 2004, Alison was nominated as a Shooting Star at the Austrian TV Prize Romy .

In 2007 Alison presented the program Avida - the wellness and thermal bath magazine for Sat.1 Austria . In summer 2007 Natalie Alison completed her bachelor's degree in journalism at the University of Vienna. In 2008 her first book, Once Hollywood and Back, was published in print, and in 2012 as an e-book , in which she talks about her acting training in Los Angeles , about meeting stars as well as about castings , auditions and jobs in the film metropolis. Between July 2008 and April 2012 turned Alison as the lead actress for the ARD - telenovela Sturm der Liebe in Munich Bavaria Studios . She played the role of Rosalie Engel and took a three-month hiatus in 2010 and 2011 to continue studying at the University of Southern California's Drama School. From 2013 to 2015 she continued to appear in the series occasionally in guest appearances. Since 2020 she has been filming in the main cast of the telenovela again.

Private life

She has been in a relationship with the Austrian It-Boy Clemens Trischler since 2017 .
