The National Urban League 2015/16 was the second season - under the new name - and the 32nd season in total of the highest soccer league of the Republic of China in Taiwan since its official introduction in 1983. The regular season began on September 13, 2015 and ended on April 23, 2016. The defending champion was Taiwan Power Company FC .

The Taiwan Power Company FC was able to defend its title from the previous season and became champions for the 19th time.
