The Alberto de Agostini National Park ( Spanish Parque Nacional Alberto de Agostini ) is a large national park in southern Chile and is managed by the Chilean forest authority Corporación Nacional Forestal (CONAF).

It is located in the Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena of the country in the province of Antártica Chilena and covers an area of 14,600 km². It is named after the missionary and researcher Alberto Maria De Agostini .

The park, founded in 1985, is located about 80 km south of Porvenir . Here are the huge calving glaciers De Agostini and Marinelli . The park covers practically the entire southwest of Tierra del Fuego . It includes the entire Cordillera Darwin mountain range with its highest mountain Cerro Darwin (2488 m).

The flora and fauna of the park are shaped by its sub-Antarctic climate. A total of 49 bird species have been identified, even if Andean jackal and Argentine battle fox roam the area. White-bellied dolphins and peale dolphins, sea lions and sea otters live in its waters. Leopard seals , maned seals and southern elephant seals can be seen on the coast .

Together with the Cape Horn National Park, the Alberto de Agostini National Park has been part of the Cape Horn Biosphere Reserve since 2005 .
