Nicholas Stoller

Nicholas Allen Stoller (born March 19, 1976 in London ) is a British - American director and screenwriter .

Life

Stoller was born in London to English Jews, but grew up in Miami , Florida .

He made his screenwriting debut in 2000 while working on an episode of the Strangers with Candy series . From 2001 to 2002 he was in three episodes of American Campus - Ready for Uni? involved.

With Dick and Jane from 2005 he was involved in a larger production for the first time, for Die Eisprinzen (2007) he composed a song. In 2008 he directed Never Again Sex with Ex from Apatow Productions for the first time, and in his next film, Men’s Trip (2010), Russell Brand again played the role of rocker Aldous Snow , but the film can only be regarded as a sequel to a limited extent.

Apart from his own works, Stoller was and is involved in other productions as a screenwriter and executive producer, including The Muppets (2011). He worked with actor and screenwriter Jason Segel on several projects .
