The village Soviet or village district Nowomoskowski Selski Sowet (okrug) ( Russian Новомосковский сельский Совет or Новомосковский сельский округ) and the rural community Nowomoskowskoje selskoje posselenije (ru. Новомосковское сельское поселение) were administrative units in the southwest of the Rajons Gurievsk in the Russian Kaliningrad Oblast , the succession existed from 1965 to 2013. The administrative seat of these units was the place Schosseinoje . These units were apparently named after the Soviet Novomoskowski (the former Kalgen estate) who lived in Schosseinoje .

The Novomoskowski selski Sowet is not to be confused with the Novo-Moskowski selski Sowet in Ladushkin Rajon , which existed from 1947 to 1954 and whose administrative seat was Novo-Moskovskoye .

Nowomoskowski selski Sowet / okrug 1965–2008

The village soviet Novomoskowski selski Sowet was created in 1965 through the merger of the two village soviets Uschakowski selski Sowet and Zwetkowski selski Sowet . After the collapse of the Soviet Union , the administrative unit existed as the village district of Nowomoskowski selski okrug . In 2008 the village district was transformed into the rural municipality Novomoskowskoje selskoje posselenije.

Novomoskovskoye selskoye posseleniye 2008-2013

The rural community Novomoskovskoye selskoye posselenije was established in 2008. She was the successor of the Novomoskowski selski okrug village district. In the rural community lived 5,844 inhabitants (2010). In 2013 the rural community in the Guryevsk district was opened .

Streets

The A 194 trunk road (here also: Europastraße 28 ) runs through the west of the former municipal area, which leads from Kaliningrad (Königsberg) via Laduschkin (Ludwigsort) and Mamonowo (Heiligenbeil) to Poland and its course corresponds to the former German Reichsstraße 1 . In the east, the highway R 516 (former Reichsautobahn Berlin – Königsberg (" Berlinka ")) runs through the municipality and connects Kaliningrad directly with Poland.

The railway line from Kaliningrad (Königsberg) via Laduschkin (Ludwigsort) and Mamonowo (Heiligenbeil) to the Polish city of Malbork (Marienburg) on the route of the former Prussian Eastern Railway runs through the middle of the former territory of the Novomoskowskoje rural community . The three train stations Laskino (Godrienen) , Golubewo (Seepothen) and Swetloje (Kobbelbude ), which are also stops on the Elektritschka , which connects Kaliningrad, are located in the former municipal area . In addition, a siding runs from Kaliningrad through the northwestern municipality to Pribreschny (Heidewaldburg , until 1938 Heyde-Waldburg) .
