Novoseliwka ( Ukrainian Новоселівка ; Russian Новоселовка Novoselowka , Romanian Satu-Nou , German Tschiligider ) is a village in the Ukrainian Odessa Oblast with 3000 inhabitants (2001).

The village was founded in 1810 with the name Hura-Tschilihide ( Гура-Чілігідер ) and was called Satunowo ( Сатуново ) between 1918 and 1948 .

Novoseliwka is the only village of the same name, 81.58 km² district council municipality in the southwest of the Sarata Rajon .

The village is located in Budschak in the south of the Bessarabia region at an altitude of 14  m on the banks of the Kohylnyk , 6 km west of the Sarata district center and 120 km southwest of the Odessa oblast center .

The T-16-08 territorial road runs through the village . Novoseliwka has a train station on the Odessa – Basarabeasca line between Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi - Ismajil .
