The Graz Higher Regional Court (abbreviation: OLG Graz ) is a court in Graz.
Jurisdiction
His territorial jurisdiction extends to the states of Carinthia and Styria .
Higher regional courts are the appellate courts of the regional courts in its area of jurisdiction. In particular, these are the following four regional courts:
- Klagenfurt Regional Court for Carinthia
- Regional court of Leoben for northern Styria
- Regional Court for Criminal Matters Graz and Regional Court for Civil Law Matters Graz for southern Styria

- The current president is Manfred Scaria .
- Richard Bratusch was president from 1920 to 1926 .
- Franz Glas worked at the Higher Regional Court in Graz from 1910 and later became its president.
- During the National Socialist era , Fritz Meldt was President of the Higher Regional Court between 1938 and 1945.
