In addition to Sæther, the winning team also included Albert Helgerud, Gudbrand Skatteboe , Olaf Sæter , Julius Braathe and Einar Liberg . Four years later he secured the silver medal in a three-position battle with the team in Stockholm , this time with the army rifle. Together with Gudbrand Skatteboe, Albert Helgerud, Østen Østensen , Olaf Sæter and Einar Liberg, he finished second behind Sweden and ahead of Denmark.
