The rowing competitions at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo are to take place in a total of 14 decisions, seven of which are for men and seven for women. The venue is the Sea Forest Waterway in Tokyo Bay .

For the men, the lightweight four-man without a helmsman was removed from the Olympic competition program, instead a competition in the four-man without a helmsman was included in the Olympic program.
