Iceland took part in the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, with a delegation of five athletes in two disciplines, four of them men and one woman. None of the athletes managed to win a medal.

As in 1992, the flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the ski racer Ásta Halldórsdóttir .
