Finland took part in the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, with a delegation of 61 athletes in eight disciplines, including 47 men and 14 women. With one silver medal and five bronze medals, Finland reached 16th place in the medal table.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the cross-country skier Marja-Liisa Kirvesniemi , who won two bronze medals.
