The Netherlands participated in the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway with 21 athletes, thirteen men and eight women, in four sports.

It was the 15th participation of the Netherlands in the Olympic Winter Games .

The speed skater Christine Aaftink carried the flag of the Netherlands during the opening ceremony in the ski jumping stadium .
