The Netherlands participated in the 1964 Olympic Winter Games in Austrian Innsbruck with a delegation of six athletes, four men and two women, in part.

It was the seventh time that the Netherlands had taken part in the Winter Olympics since 1928 .

The speed skater Ard Schenk carried the flag of the Netherlands during the opening ceremony.
