Latvia took part in the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, with a delegation of 27 athletes in six disciplines, including 20 men and 7 women. None of the athletes managed to win a medal.

The standard bearer at the opening ceremony was bobsleigh driver Zintis Ekmanis .
