At the XVIII. At the 1998 Olympic Games in Nagano , two competitions were held in Nordic Combined . The venues were the Hakuba ski jumping stadium and the Snow Harp , both in Hakuba .

The Norwegian Bjarte Engen Vik shone with victories in the individual competition and also in the team competition.
