One Equity Partners LLC ( OEP ), a private equity firm of the second largest US banking group JPMorgan Chase & Co. , was founded in 2001 and, as an investment company, manages company shares valued at US $ 5 billion .

One Equity Partners began as an investment company of Bank One in Chicago . In 2004, however, there was a merger with JPMorgan Chase & Co., a global financial services provider that is divided into at least 5 business areas: Investment Bank, Retail Financial Services, and Commercial Banking ), Treasury & Securities Services and Asset Management.
