The house Pölle 10 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located southeast of the town's market square on the north side of the street Pölle at a corner to the east-facing street Hölle. The building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments . Pölle 9 , which is also a listed building, is adjacent to the west .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built according to a building inscription in 1709. A profile plank was used on the facade of this house as one of the first buildings in Quedlinburg. It also has balustrade stands . The compartments are provided with decorative lining. A mezzanine is located on the ground floor of the building .

Inside there is a baroque staircase. In the yard of the property there is also a half-timbered wing that was built at the same time as the front building.

The building was renovated at the end of the 20th century.
