Architecture and history
The half-timbered house was after one, located on the building nachgotisch designed, with a crest inscription provided Wulf götze in 1632 by the architect Wulf Goetze built. The inscription is carved out of the wood. The building consists of a southern part with its eaves facing the street and a northern part at the gable end. The framework is decorated in many ways. There are pyramid beam heads on the building , which appear very early in the building. The half-timbered stands are provided with carved fittings in Renaissance shapes, an ornamental shape that is unique for Quedlinburg. In addition, there are lugs and diamond coatings on the arched portal. The corner consoles are carved with so-called angel heads.
