Architecture and history
The three-storey half - timbered house was probably built in 1631 according to a building inscription. Striking is a large dormer . The floors protrude slightly. The half-timbered facade is decorated with pyramid beam heads and ship throats with raw panels. On the threshold of the first floor there are beam heads with cylinder shapes . On the ground floor, the compartments were provided with decorative brickwork in the 18th century. A shop was added around 1900.
The building has a special significance in terms of art history, as it is one of the first buildings in the stylistic transition to the so-called Quedlinburg special style.
