The picturesque location on the Mühlgraben leads to a popular name for the area as Little Venice . The compartments of the framework are provided with decorative brickwork. The ground floor of the house was renewed around 1900.
In the years 2006 to 2008, the building, which was badly dilapidated at the time, was renovated by the architects Qbatur . Both the roof and the ceilings of the floors were missing. First, the shell was repaired again in 2006. The reconstruction was carried out using salvaged original components and adhered to the deformations that occurred in the building in terms of building history.
An apartment with a living space of 110 m² was created, extending over the upper and attic floors. A plant dyeing plant was set up on the ground floor.
