Pınarlar ( Turkish for sources ) (formerly Uzunpınar ) is a small town in the district of Tavas in the Turkish province of Denizli . Pınarlar is located about 53 km south of the provincial capital Denizli and 9 km south of Tavas. According to the last census, Pınarlar had 1,676 inhabitants (as of December 2010).

The administrative area of ​​Pınarlar is divided into two districts , Atalar Mahallesi and Cumhuriyet Mahallesi , each of which is administered by a Muhtar .

For centuries the important sources of income have traditionally been agriculture and animal husbandry .
