LEDA / PGC 46603 (also NGC 5100-2 ) is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Virgo on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 427 million light years from the Milky Way and about 100,000 light years in diameter. Together with NGC 5100 , it forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair.
In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 5080 .
