The Palu is a river in France that runs in the Vienne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises under the name Baigne-Chat in the municipality of Vouzailles , shortly thereafter changes its name to Liaigue and takes its final name at Blaslay. It flows generally in an easterly direction, draining many wetlands and after a total of around 31 kilometers across from Saint-Cyr , on the municipal boundary of Beaumont and Dissay , flows into the Clain as a left tributary .
