Parisch is the seat of the rural community Parischskoje selskoje posselenije with a total of 2421 inhabitants (2010), to which the village Lebedinoje and the settlements Kuschebajewski and Novochernigowski belong.

The village was founded in 1842 as post number 4 of the “ New Line ” by Nagaibak Cossacks and was soon named in honor of the Battle of Paris  - Russian pronunciation Parish  . Some other villages in the area also bear the names of sites of Russian victories in the Napoleonic Wars : Ferschampenuas (administrative center of the Rajons, after Fère-Champenoise ), Leipzig , Berlin and others.

In 2005, a transmission mast for the cellular network was built, which is based on the Paris Eiffel Tower on a scale of 1: 5. There are around 500 cell phones in use, more than households with running water.

Another village Paris is located in the southern Urals and is 425 km away (270 km NNW as the crow flies). To the French capital it is approx. 4,650 km or 3,950 on a direct line .
