Pasterzyce ( German  Pasterwitz , 1937 to 1945 Pastern ) is a Polish town in the municipality of Żórawina in the powiat Wrocławski in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship . It is located 18 kilometers south of Wroclaw on the Ślęza .

During a summer flood of the Lohe in 1926 , large parts of Pasterwitz were flooded. In the years 1929 - 1931 then the river was regulated, that is straightened and dammed.

From 1933 Pasterwitz belonged to the Jackschönau district . During the Nazi era , Pasterwitz was renamed Pastern in 1937 .
