Patric Hemgesberg

Patric Hemgesberg (born November 3, 1973 in Brühl ) is a German poet .

life and work

After training as an administrative clerk and a short study of social pedagogy, he has been working as a home educator in a dormitory for severely disabled people in Bonn since 2001 . In addition to his normal job, he also developed a talent in the writing guild. Since the beginning of 2000 he has been represented as a lyric poet with various publications in numerous poetry anthologies, including in Heyne Verlag in the anthology Do you still know the magic word , edited by Kristiane Allert-Wybranietz , in 2002 in the Junge Lyrik series by Martin Werhand Verlag or in the poetry anthology Zeit published by Axel Kutsch . Further publications can be found, in particular, in the journals Die Brücke - Forum for Anti-Racist Politics and Culture , Federwelt and in various poetry anthologies published by Ferber Verlag in Cologne. Patric Hemgesberg has organized numerous readings with his poems in North Rhine-Westphalia and in the Bonn-Cologne area.In 2003, on the occasion of World Book Day , he attended one of six other poets, including Thomas Bruns , Florian Cieslik and Martin Werhand , on April 23 Thalia Holding's authors' reading invited to the Junge Lyrik series in Münster .

Patric Hemgesberg lives with his family in Bornheim near Bonn.
