Patrick Elias

Patrick Elias (born April 9, 1966 in Basel ) is a Swiss film, theater and musical actor , speaker, voice actor , director of video games and acting lecturer.

His parents Gerti Elias , b. Wiedner, and Buddy Elias and his brother Oliver Elias are or were actors. As a child, he played in films and worked as a voice actor.

Elias first began training at a bank. However, he broke this off in favor of an acting training in Bochum . Since 1990 he has worked as an actor, dubbing and advertising spokesman, video game director and acting teacher. In the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic he speaks the Jedi Ambassador, one of the possible player characters. For several years he played the meerkat in the musical production The Lion King Timon. He can be heard as a speaker in commercials for T-Home , Renault , Tuc , Stage-Entertainment , Otto , Edeka , Expert , Ax , Škoda and Ikea, among others .

Elias is married to the actress Michaela Domes (* 1959), the couple has two daughters.
