Paul Claudel Alo'o Efoulou (born November 12, 1983 in Yaoundé ) is a Cameroonian football player on the position of a striker. He currently plays for al-Taawon in the Saudi Professional League .

Career

Alo'o Efoulou started his career at ASM Yaounde before moving to Excelsior Mouscron in Belgium in 2002 . In his first year he was able to complete twelve games and score one goal, with Excelsior reaching 13th place in the championship.

In the following season, Alo'o Efoulou played at RC Paris , before moving to Entente Sannois Saint-Gratien one season later , which he successfully remained loyal to for three years (87 games, 35 goals). After playing in lower class French leagues, the striker moved to Ligue 2 for SCO Angers in 2007 , where he made his debut on August 1, 2008 against Stade Reims and scored a goal. The game ended 3-2. In the first season Angers finished tenth with Alo'o Efoulou, in the second season they finished seventh.

In 2009 he made another jump, the Cameroonian signed with AS Nancy , the 15th of the previous Ligue 1 season . After playing quite often in his first season, Efoulou was rarely used in the next year and a half. Therefore AS Nancy awarded him in November 2011 to the second division club Le Havre AC , where he contributed as a regular player to the relegation of the team from the Channel Coast. In the summer of 2012, Efoulou returned to Nancy. After relegation from the French first division, he left the Lorraine team and moved to al-Taawon in the Saudi Professional League .

The striker made his debut for Cameroon on March 28, 2009 against Togo in qualifying for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, where he came on for Pierre Webó at halftime . The game was lost 0-1.
