Paul Florschütz (born January 29, 1860 in Iserlohn , † October 27, 1912 in Hattingen ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Paul was the son of Pastor Albert Florschütz in Iserlohn. He attended the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Gymnasium (Cologne) . After graduating from high school, he began to study law at the University of Leipzig in 1879 . In the same year he was reciprocated in the Corps Lusatia Leipzig . As an inactive he moved to the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg , where he served as a one-year volunteer in the 5th Baden Infantry Regiment 113 from Easter 1880 . He finished his studies at the Friedrich Wilhelms University in Berlin . He became Second Lieutenant of the Reserve in the Hohenzollern Fusilier Regiment No. 40 .

After completing his studies, Florschütz entered the Prussian civil service as a trainee lawyer in Cologne. In 1887 he passed the examination as a government assessor with the government in Cologne . After his first use by the government in Liegnitz , he was appointed district administrator of the Hattingen district in 1892 . From 1899 to 1912 he was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Westphalia . He died at the age of 52 in office as district administrator.
