Pauline Wangui

Pauline Wangui Ngigi (born July 17, 1984 in Nyandarua District , Central Province ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.

Life

In 2006 she won on the half-marathon distance of Reims à toutes jambes . In 2008 she won the CPC Loop Den Haag , came second in the Berlin Half Marathon and fourth in the Glasgow Women's 10K and finished 14th in the 2008 World Half Marathon Championships .

In 2009 she won the 20 van Alphen and defended her title at the CPC Loop Den Haag. In 2010 she defended her titles in Alphen and Den Haag and won the Route du Vin .

In 2011 she switched to the 42.195 km distance and finished sixth in the Madrid Marathon . The following year she won the Nagano Marathon .

Pauline Wangui is 1.52 m tall. She lives in Nyahururu .
