Pawlo Honczaruk ( Ukrainian Павло Гончарук ; born January 16, 1978 in Kornacziwka , Ukrainian SSR ) is a Ukrainian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Kharkiv-Zaporizhia .

Life

Honczaruk studied philosophy and Catholic theology at the seminary in Horodok . He received on 22 June 2002, the sacrament of Holy Orders . He graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw with a degree in canon law .

From 2002 to 2005 Honczaruk was parish vicar at the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kharkiv .
