Pedro Paulo Koop MSC (born September 4, 1905 in Hillegom , Netherlands , † March 26, 1988 ) was Bishop of Lins .

Life

Pedro Paulo Koop joined the Congregation of the Sacred Heart Missionaries at and received on August 10, 1930, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On July 27, 1964, Pope Paul VI appointed him . to the Bishop of Lins. The Apostolic Nuncio in Brazil, Archbishop Sebastiano Baggio , donated him episcopal ordination on September 8 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Botucatu , Henrique Golland Trindade OFM , and the Bishop of Bauru , Vicente Angelo José Marchetti Zioni .

On October 11, 1980, Pope John Paul II accepted Koop's resignation.

Pedro Paulo Koop attended the third and fourth sessions of the Second Vatican Council .
