Peter Brocco

Peter Brocco (born January 16, 1903 in Reading , Pennsylvania , † December 20, 1992 in Los Angeles , California ) was an American actor .

Life

Peter Brocco studied theology in college and chose an acting career. In 1932 he appeared in front of the camera for the first time in the drama Die Frau im U-Boot . Like this appearance, many of his other film appearances were uncredited. In parallel to his film roles, Brocco played theater. In the 1950s he was briefly on a blacklist during the McCarthy era , which resulted in a professional ban.

Peter Brocco died of a heart attack at home in December 1992, less than a month before his 90th birthday .
