Peter Dante

Peter Francis Dante (born December 16, 1968 ) is an American film actor .

Life

Dante was born the fifth of six siblings. He grew up in West Hartford and sang in elementary and high school in the choir. He also played lacrosse at school , which he later continued at Hofstra University . He remained true to this passion as an adult, for example as a trainer of the lacrosse team at Loyola Marymount University or the professional team LXMPRO.

He is married and has two sons.

Career

He made his first appearances on the series The Jeff Foxworthy Show and Larry Sanders Show . He is a friend of Adam Sandler's and often appears in Happy Madison Productions films .

For his role in Big Daddy he was nominated for a "GLAAD Award" from the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation .
