Peter Kuhn (born November 22, 1962 in Bad Mergentheim ) is a German carnivalist .

Life

Kuhn spent his childhood in Unterbalbach , but he has lived in Oberwerrn near Schweinfurt since 1973 . After graduating from high school (1982) and subsequent military service , he completed training as a state-approved educator . Since 1989 he has been working in the Schweinfurt youth welfare facility " Haus Marienthal " as a group leader of a curative education group .

Since 1991 Peter Kuhn has appeared as a handicraft speaker at the carnival society "Schwarze Elf Schweinfurt". He became known nationwide through his annual participation in the cult program " Fastnacht in Franken " of the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation .

His hand-made speeches are political and socially critical and are characterized by a high level, many allusions and ambiguities in the always rhyming lectures. He was awarded the “Golden Bütt” by the “Pforzheimer Faschingsgesellschaft” (PFG) as the best handmade paper speaker of the 1995/1996 campaign. In the 1997/1998 campaign he even won the “Brillantene Bütt”. Both were awards that were given by the audience and not by a jury.

As a further carnival activity, Peter Kuhn also wrote the lyrics for the group “Die Faschingsmuffel”, whereby he also participated in the show himself. From 1995 to 2012, “The Faschingsmuffel” set the acclaimed conclusion to the meetings of the “Black Elf Schweinfurt”.

Peter Kuhn has also been a member of the amateur theater group "Junge Oberwerrner Bühne" since 1983. Here he now acts as a board member, producer, director , leading actor, set designer and the like. a. Peter Kuhn is also involved nationwide here. In autumn 2004 he was elected deputy chairman in the Franconian district of the Association of Bavarian Amateur Theaters.

In 2013 Peter Kuhn starred in the film parody "Murggs". This crime thriller was based on an idea by Oliver Tissot and directed by Rüdiger Baumann. In addition to Peter Kuhn, there were many other Franconian fast nights, comedians and cabaret artists in numerous small roles.
