Peter Nitzsche (* 1978 in Erfurt ) is a German actor .

Life

Peter Nitzsche completed his acting training at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding in Munich from 2002 to 2006 . During his training he played first theater roles at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich and at the Munich Academy Theater . From 2006 to 2008 he was engaged at the Stadttheater Bonn . He had stage roles in Munich a. a. in Clavigo (2003; directed by Elmar Goerden ), with the title role in Leonce and Lena (2005, directed by Eva-Maria Höckmayr ), and in Mother Courage and Her Children (2006, directed by Thomas Langhoff ). He also worked in 2006 a. a. alongside Esther Kuhn and Birthe Wolter in the documentary theater play Genua 01 by Fausto Paravidino .

At the Stadttheater Bonn in September 2006 he took part in the world premiere of the American-German theater project The Frame (text and direction: Richard Maxwell ); he embodied the German-born stage character Rainer Putzbaum. In 2007 he appeared in Peepshow , a play by Canadian actress and dramaturge Marie Brassard (director: Schirin Khodadadian ). At the Stadttheater Bonn he also played the educator in Medea in the 2007/08 season (director: Klaus Weise ). In 2007 he was named “Best Young Actor” in the NRW critics' survey by the “theater pur” magazine.

Nitzsche also took on several film and television roles. In Boris Kunz 's graduation film Three Hours , which premiered at the Hofer Filmtage in 2012 , he played Fred, a friend of the two main characters Isabel and Martin. On television he was often seen in ZDF productions, including a. in the television series Rosamunde Pilcher (2010, as "excellent" falconer Alan Ryder and closest confidant of a professor) and Inga Lindström (2011, as Bengt Elkberg).

In March 2013, the telenovela Sturm der Liebe starred in several episodes as the kidnapper and henchman Javier Ferro. He also had episode roles in the television series Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei (2009), Die Rosenheim-Cops (2010 and 2015, in both roles as a suspect), Der Alte (2011, as lover of Karin Giegerich ), Die Garmisch- Cops (2014) and SOKO Munich (2016, as Kriminaloberkommissar Schwarz).

Nitzsche works as a lecturer in acting at the New Munich Drama School . He lives in Munich.
