The Pflaumfelder Graben is a right tributary of the Altmühl in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen .

course

The Pflaumfelder Graben rises in a forest at an altitude of 465  m above sea level. NN north of the Hahnenkamm . To the north of the source is Edersfeld , to the southwest Steinacker , Simonsmühle and Nordstetten , to the southeast the eponymous place Pflaumfeld . The stream leaves the forest, crosses under the WUG 28 district road and constantly crosses a wide open landscape in the Altmühl valley . The water flows past Pflaumfeld and takes on several unnamed tributaries east of Pflaumfeld and north of Sammenheim . It then crosses under the WUG 27 district road and the Würzburg-Treuchtlingen railway line . After a run of around 4.7 kilometers, the Pflaumfelder Graben flows not far from the municipal boundary to Dittenheim at an altitude of 412  m above sea level. NN southeast of Aha , northwest of Windsfeld and southwest of the nearby village Unterasbach from the right into an oxbow lake of the Altmühl.
