use
Picolinafen is used as an active ingredient in crop protection products. It is a selective post-emergence herbicide for use on winter crops such as wheat , barley , oats and rye . Picolinafen is used to control grasses and annual weeds including corn poppies, pansies, cranesbills, hederich and mustard.
Admission
It was first approved in the UK, Germany and Australia in 2001. The active ingredient was approved for use as a herbicide in the European Union in 2002. In Germany and Austria, pesticide products with this active ingredient are approved, in Switzerland not.
