Final table

The unofficial final table was reached on the fourth day of the tournament. The official eight-player final table was played on January 10, 2019. With Marc Rivera and Ramón Colillas , two winners of a “Platinum Pass” reached the final table. Scott Baumstein went into the final day as the chip leader .

In the seventh hand, Talal Shakerchi was the first player to leave the table, whose A A ♣ was inferior to the flush of Martinin's A Q . About 30 minutes later, Martini took another player off the table when his A K Farid Jattin's A J ♠ had dominated and was holding Martini's hand. Then the Canadian Marc Perrault was eliminated, who had placed 6 3 all-in with few remaining chips and was beaten by Colillas K K . Colillas was also responsible for the next elimination after his 5 5 against 10 7 by Jason Koonce had saved . Baumstein then vacated his post after losing his last chips with A 9 against Martinis K Q . The latter now had a clear chip lead over the two qualifiers Rivera and Colillas and, after Colillas had doubled his chip stack against Rivera, he took the Philippino out of the tournament with A K . In the heads-up , Colillas won an all-in with Q 5 against Martinis 9 6 when he was able to improve his hand to a full house with the turn and river against the flopped flush of the French and took the lead with the chip stacks . In the final hand his A 5 ♠ held against Martinis J 9 and the Spaniard secured a prize of 5.1 million US dollars.
