Hannover Provincial School College

Provinzialschulkollegium Hannover was an authority in Hanover for the supervision of schools in the area of ​​the later state of Lower Saxony and parts of Hamburg such as Harburg and Wilhelmsburg .

After the reorganization of the federal states, the founding of the Federal Republic of Germany and the State of Lower Saxony , the Lower Saxony school authorities handed over the documents received from schools in Harburg and Wilhelmsburg to the Hamburg State Archives in 1949 .
