Quanta is an ODM specialist founded in Taiwan in 1988 , which in the first quarter of 2008 produced approx. 31 percent of all notebooks worldwide; 52.1 million devices were shipped in 2010. The company also manufactures network servers, set-top boxes , optical drives , LCDs and cordless telephones .
