Quinquennio d'Oro

Quinquennio d'Oro (in German: The golden five years ) describes the period between 1930 and 1935 in the history of the Italian football club Juventus Turin .

During these years, the Juve team under coach Carlo Carcano won five Italian championships in a row and thus set a record that lasted until 2017. At the end of the 2016/2017 season, Juventus were crowned champions for the sixth time in a row.

After Edoardo Agnelli , then Fiat boss and father of the famous Giovanni Agnelli , entered into a partnership with the club in 1923 and acted as sponsor, the team was converted into a purely professional team and ultimately became a serial winner. The team also the backbone of the world champion team of 1934 as " Nazio-Juve became known" and won the 166 Series A -Play this year 115, reached 30 draws and lost only 21 times.
